I have installed Drupal 6.14 and OpenX Manager 6.x-1.02, fresh, i set up OpenX Manager with out any problem, when i try to import the exiting data from the OpenX server no data is imported

Could you please help me at Openx Manager Configuration page.
I download the openx Manager, enabled it after that am on configuration page,
Please tell me what will be the content of text box like 'server', 'username' and 'password'?
Does it the url and username and password of www.openx.org?
Please advice.
