Addition to current UR Setting on who can request Role

Hello,

The Rules Module has an option to set AND option and OR option for conditions.
I was wondering if this feature is possible for the current User Relationship role settings for who can request relationship type?

Benefits of this feature-
role-a= standard membership a
role-b= standard membership b
role-c= plus membership

The new Relationship settings could have flexibility to set Relationship Type A requires role-a AND role-c and Relationship Type B requires role-b AND role-c.
Right now - it seems to be only OR option so user with role-a would be able to request Relationship Type B as he/she has role-c (But does not have role-b!)

What do others think of this feature?
It would help me in the setup I am currently trying to achieve =)
