Drupal developer(s) needed for Cocktail Website - jQuery, styling forms, jCarousel

We are creating a Cocktail website which will be for people to view cocktails and recipes... They will have the option to create an account and add selected cocktails to their cocktail book and print their cocktail book out also. There will also be a section devoted to alcohol types, brands and bottles and sections which demonstrate cocktail techniques and cocktails using video and step by step and there will be a section which will be articles about drinking at home, at bars and around the world

We need someone to help with:

A module to be made that can style an exposed filtered form...

One of these filters has glass types so we need to be able to have icons associated with each item and for this to either be a dropdown menu or tickboxes...

Also for the alchohol type we would like for users to be able to drill down (possibly using hierarchical select) the alcohol types... i.e generally a user will just want a whiskey cocktail but some will want a specific whiskey cocktail i.e Bourbon etc...

We would also like a module created so the form itself is stylable using JavaScript so that it is the same across all browsers (we would like this to be able to be used for all forms on the website): using this probably - http://www.dfc-e.com/metiers/multimedia/opensource/jqtransform/

We also want our search selection to be displayed with the use of Jcarousel: The top selection would be displayed in its entirety whilst the others would be displayed below with just a photo and title and when one is clicked it would replace the one at the top (preferably with a nice JQuery effect?)

We also need some method to adapt measurements... We would like them to be viewed initially as they were written by the creator... i.e either ml, ounces or jiggers etc but with the option of adapting them to individual preference.

We want users to be able to save cocktails to their “Cocktail book” and an important part of this would be for them to be able to print out recipes... So we need something set up for this possibly with the option of changing the page setup i.e. 2 cocktails per page

We are looking for all these things to be done 1 person or more... If you could explain the methods you would use to complete each task and how long and how much roughly the cost, that would help in ascertaining suitability.
