Is it possible to add capability of inserting 'keyphrases' META tag? Its scope and places of aappearing are just the same as for 'keywords', but keyphrases can contain spaces.

I'm unsure what you mean. AFAIK there is no KEYPHRASES META tag and you can use spaces in the KEYWORDS META tag.

Please explain (eg give a link to a website where one discusses the use of KEYPHRASES *META* tag).

Closing this as no feedback was given. If you think this is not correct, reopen it and give me a website that discusses the KEYPHRASES META tag. As for spaces: like I said: you can add spaces or keyphrases to the KEYWORDS META tag too.
