Ok, I synched up our list of tags with drupal.org. Not seeing why we'd deviate from that given all our efforts to make it look like a site family with sites behaving alike.

The new set of tags is:

<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4> <h5> <h6> <em> <strong> <code> <del> <blockquote> <q> <cite> <sup> <sub> <p> <br>  <ul> <ol> <li> <dl> <dt> <dd> <a> <b> <u> <i>

Versus the previous one:
