Hi,

How can keep unconverted nodes unpublished and, when they are converted automatically publish them?

(I guess this is a documentation issue and a feature request :-))

This is the sort of thing that would be perfect for Rules. See #531558: rules integration

Specifically, we would need to trigger actions when a file is queued and (more importantly for this case) when it is converted. A "convert" action would be nice too.
