Can't change editor in Wysiwyg

First, thanks for the profile... it has most of features I needed for my site. You made life so much easier.

I'm having a problem with the Wysiwyg editor - but only on the site I've created with your profile. I've got FCKeditor 2.6 in the sites/all/libraries. The filtered html is showing FCKeditor as the editor but the Full html wouldn't let me use the drop down to add the FCK editor. Then suddenly the filtered wouldn't let me use the drop down to make changes either. I cleared the cache, even tried update.php. I've gone into the input format and switched back and forth between the two to see if that would help.

This is working fine in other sites that I just put up so I'm thinking it has something to do with this profile.
Any suggestions?
