Steps need to be added

Steps need to be added to the documentation to let people know that additional modules must be installed, otherwise nodewords will cease to work upon upgrade. There should also be a message telling them to clear the cache again afterwards, as many sites have trouble if you don't do this again.

I always look at the documentation to ensure that when I upgrade something, I get all the steps necessary to make the module work at least as well as it did before. This one did not include basic steps that must be performed in order for the module to work at all.
