Issue Summary
When I use Role Delegation in conjunction with Userplus, I can see undelegated roles on the "add multiple users" and "assign user roles" pages.

Especially in 5.x it's doubtful that these two modules will play well together.

This won't get fixed in userplus. The 6.x version of userplus has a little more flexibility in the way it allows non-administrators to administer users.
