Group-Admin cannot create content-types allowed for his group but not active for his users

Project:Content Type Administration by Organic Group
Version:6.x-1.1
Component:Code
Category:bug report
Priority:critical
Assigned:paulbooker
Status:closed (fixed)

Issue Summary

Content-Type X is allowed for a group but turned not-active for that group by the group-admin. The UI prominently states:

"You will still be able to use the deactivated content types yourself, even though your group members won't."

This isn't true for my up-to-date installation. The group-admin has links for all content-types (also the de-activated) in the menu (which users don't have), but clicking those for de-activated types brings up the "Access denied" page.

If you need any further information about settings, versions or whatever, then please let me know, I will provide those asap.

Status change - because no reply yet and it actually hinders me to use groups as I intended to.

First: Thanx-a-lot, that was fast now :) I have applied the patch to a copy of my site and it solves the issue. Haven't noticed any side-effects yet either within my short testing. I am going to apply it to my production site now. I also had a look at the patch-code and it looked good to me (although I don't know the module code) - don't know if that's enough to count me as +1 review ...

Thanks for your help Tim.

It's an easy fix. I'll get this committed today and put out a new release.

Best, Paul

Just as I am trying to understand things - shouldn't the status of this issue be changed to "Fixed", now that the fix is in the release version?
