OH NO!!! I have no idea what has happened please help

HI
All of the sudden I reloaded my site and all of my styling was gone and it looks like a good bit of my content seems as if its missing
all i is unstyled HTML and these errors:

I haven't touched the core files!!

By the way, using that url you posted, everything looks fine.
Not the exact but I had kind
Not the exact but I had kind of similar error. For me it occurred when I installed the "Spaces" module. I had to disable the module to make it work again.
Please see if you have installed any new module and missed to configure something required by the module.
