waiting for the release!

I am still waiting for permission to use the random permutations code under GNU/GPL. There are two ways:

1) I will replace the code by standard randomization function from PHP and create beta release
2) You will grab the code from CVS because it's already committed but I don't feel right making a release ntil I have the permission. :-)
