Easiest Way to Create a Page with Inline Images

I'd like to create a static webpage that has text with images interspersed among the text. I have "Image" and "Image Attach" modules enabled. What should I do next? Do create an "Image" content to upload an image file, and somehow reference that from an "Page" content type?

If I can get that to work, I'd also like to...
1) float the image to one side of the page so that text wraps around the image; and
2) use lightbox (I have Lightbox2 module enabled). I'm just not sure how to make it work. Where do I upload the fullsize image and the smaller image?
