Porter-Stemmer missing from http://drupal.org/node/add/project_issue

porterstemmer just didn't have the issue tracker enabled. i enabled it.

yeah, that search is just allowing you to select from *all* projects. for example, it's possible a project had the issue tracker enabled, some issues were created, and then later the owner decided to disable the tracker (for whatever dumb reason). ;) the way it is now, you could still query for the old issues, even if you couldn't submit new ones.
