I am managing 100 more sites using Aegir hosting manager. But when i tried to create new aliases for some sites i got the following error in 'verify'

Command dispatch complete
but both site address and aliase are working.
And also i want to know onething : what will happen when i remove a database of aegir created website and recreate a DB with same name ?
I imported another DB to that newly created DB.
