Drupal for Consultation Business

Hi,

I am looking at using Drupal for a consulting business. I've installed Drupal on a test server and have already confirmed quite a few of the features I want are available in Drupal. However, alot of the features aren't and I such I need advise about whether the features I want are available through modules.

I'd appreciate feedback from the community regarding modules for the following features:

News and reports
Forum notifications (subscriptions)
Interactive media support for wideos, photos, podcasts etc (uploading and sharing)
Archiving of reports
Message system - mass, company wide & individual (this system will be via email and also messages delivered on the front page specifically for a certain user group)
Tiered subscription packages
Root account with additional accounts underneath (Company account with employee accounts)
Renewal notifications
Regular password updating system

I understand this is a vague list but ay feedback would be appreciated. I am aware modules exist for some of these but more importantly, I'd like to know if they are any good.
