Linking Drupal and non-drupal blog for autofeed

happythoughts - October 9, 2009 - 15:20

Hi. I have 2 questions and appreciate any help with either:

1. My site is http://www.thewomensnest.com. One of my members has a Blogger site and would like to link her blogger blog with her blog on my site so she only has to type each post in one place, but it will appear in both.

Is there a way to do this either from our end or Blogger's end?

If not, does anyone know of another type of blogger site that she can use to enable this type of feed?

Also of note, we have many members. I'm not sure if that plays into this or not. But we'll want her blog to only post in her member blog, obviously, not other members.

2. My other drupal site, http://www.megansway.com has a blog. I am the only blogger there. How can I take my blog feed from The Women's Nest and link it to Megan's Way so what I type will show up there, too?

Thank you!
Melissa

Yes, thank you - but how can I get it to post to certain user's blogs and show up as the right user? I was told that this can be an issue.

Yes, you might need to tweak around with the Feed element parser to achieve this : http://drupal.org/project/feedapi_mapper
