This is actually a duplicate bug of #52168. There isn't a patch on the older bug though. Not sure about the etiquette here so since this has a patch and the other doesn't I'm going to duplicate the older one. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Can someone please provide a patch for cvs. I will not be applying this patch until it has been tested and commited in cvs.
