Issue Summary
How would one move one of the Block Region sidebars to the left for a 3 column traditional layout? I looked at code but cannot figure out how to move it over.

Have a look at the code in http://drupal.org/project/ad_blueprint for a way of doing this. It's complicated though! Good luck.
