Freetagging and Hierarchical Select support

Hi,

1) I added support for freetagging taxonomy to your module. Now you the freetagging field in the edit field of the taxonomy node gets disabled too. A patch is included.
2) Along the same lines: Hierarchical Select seems to work along with Taxonomy Node if you set the weight in the system table higher for the latter module. The HS field gets disabled.
