Hi,

Please could someone explain how to use page elements in panels content.
I have tried "page title" and "Tabs", but nothing happened and I do not have any option to set.

There is a bug in the 1.0 version when using the page elements that if you use more than 1, they won't all work. There isn't much to do with them, though; if you put the tabs in, then you should see the local task tabs. Not every page has local task tabs so you might not see anything. Likewise with the page title.
