Issue Summary
hmmm. Strange, but when i create an HTML ad and for a sample put code (with full html input selected) 
visit for some strange reason the images are displayed in the HTML preview but not in the actual ad node. Nor are the images displayed if i save the HTML ad. I do make sure that full html input stays intact... Any ideas what may be conflicting or causing the images not show up?

Same here, except I can't get the "full html" option to stay checked - it switches back to "filtered" as soon as I save the ad.

Correct, I believe this is a duplicate of this issue:
#551598: HTML ads not using Full HTML input format (so HTML get stripped from the ad)
You'll have to upgrade to the latest development snapshot to find out -- you may want to review the CHANGELOG first as there have been some large changes since 6.x-2.1. That said, I also believe the code currently checked in is stable.
Please let us know if updating to 6.x-dev solves the problem.

Should be fixed in upcoming 2.2 release, per linked issue. Marking as duplicate.
