when I activate autofill on blog(core module) content type setting page (admin/content/node-type/blog), after I click "save", and go back to admin/content/node-type/blog, autofill will be still not activated...so strange!
It did work for other content types tho.

I think this is actually a symptom of the database problem: http://drupal.org/node/603060, which is now fixed

If you still have troubles, please re-open this issue.

I've tried use other variables with content type perfix, but still didn't work.
It works on other content type and fields, just doesn't work on 'Blog'.

I've successfully got this to work with blogs. So i'm going to need some more information about your configuration to de-bug this. Specifically, what urlfill settings are you using?
