i have set-up the module properly; everything seems to be fine. block is visible when not logged-in; as soon as i log in, the block goes away. i have a "Facebook Connect" tab in "My account" so that indicates everything is set up.

i do not have this problem with other modules/blocks.

Closing the issue. It was inactive for a long time & it's related to a Drupal Version which is not supported anymore
