Force the use of the image height to build the gallery item boxes in case the images having a panorama format or similar.
Important note
This update accompanies the version 1.9-beta2 from Gallery Assist.
The commits and the tagging to the version 1.3-beta2 was failed and not had the right files.
Excuseme but I not find the right documentation for the cvs system.

Release notes
New solution to recognize all js and css files on a lightbox directory. Many developers call theirs files with version name suffix and the old version from Gallery Assist Lightboxes can't recognize the new coming updates/versions etc.
NOTE:
Some supported lightboxes needs jquery 1.3.1 but Drupal supported is the version 1.2.5. I recomend to test in a stage enviroment your website with the jquery 1.3.1 before make so a change. Better a not to pretty lightbox as not working website.
