is telling to disable, uninstall and delete the contact_list module folder before installing this module
but your module is contact_forms and I don't find into drupal modules list a module called contact_list and I don't have it into my modules folder, so I can upgrade my contact_form module freely, I'm right?

Before Contact forms there was contact list and if you had both installed they would be doing the same thing and causing problems. That was quite a while ago so the warning is probably not needed any more. You can go ahead without any problems.
