Issue Summary
Is anyone willing to port the Channel Nine theme to Drupal 4.7?

Are you suggesting to backport it to 4.6? It's already a 4.7 theme. It could be backported to 4.6 but it would have to be done without the use of "regions" as they are not available in 4.6.
