Ask a question block takes over whole page

Issue Summary

When I assign or place the Ask A Question Block anywhere, the form takes over the whole page. Is there anyway to just have an Ask A Question Block?

I suspect this is a theme problem. What theme are you using? See my attached image below.

I did commit a change to the summary so it will re-size to fit the block better.

This problem seems not to be the case in 6.x-2.x-dev.
