Description
I haven't quite figured out how taxonomy_block is different from the RSS aggregator because in 4.7.x, Drupal creates blocks based on feed. I guess with the taxonomy block everything is gathered within the contexts of drupal, without having to specify the feed url, even if it is local.
Anyway, I noticed with the taxnomy_block for 4.7.0 that the links it creates does not follow the theme of the drupal site, whereas the RSS aggregator does. It would be nice if the links in the taxonomy block also followed the site theme.

At this point I'm not adding any features. You should use something like the views module.
