According the project page:

There isn't any documentation on this project and the above quote sounded to me like an individual user would be able to tag his/her own content (say a blog) and have a category list for that blog which would link to articles only he/she wrote. However, either this can't be done, and/or I'm really confused on how to do this.
Can someone please point me in the right direction?
