The site is Drupal 4.7
The site uses custom drupal profile module
The site is on a cloud server running php5

What should happen.
ex. Education Block
User selects state.
City pre-poplutes city for that state. If city is not there. User selects other..input field appears, user enters city and is added to the list. Followed by school..etc.. (same goes for occupation).
If you look at Church Information block you will see it working.
For whatever reason its broke on location and occupation block.
This shouldn't take long to fix because like i said Church info block is working.
