Order breaks after update

As i wrote in title, after creation of node and adding tags this module works. But if i update this node later order breaks and all tags srot alphabetically.
Also, i've got taxonomy where all tags doesn't have quotes around them, But it seems that Tag Order creates quotes around each tag.
