Just wanted to let you know about my module: Hacked! which shows the modification state of any module/theme/core installed using the packaging system.

What gap in the market is your module trying to fill? I can throw a link to it from my module's project page, because I suspect you're going for ensuring that the code on your site doesn't change, whereas I've gone for building a developer tool that let's you know what has changed, i.e. what people have hacked.
