If someone submits an order and makes an error the first time (such as an expired credit card, or something else that pops them back to the order entry screen when they click "Review Order"), they can end up getting charged sales tax twice, with the UC Tax WA module.

Just as a note: This issue was submitted by the UC Tax WA module developer, and she's working on it!

The fixed module (version 6.x-1.8) should be available in a few minutes from the module page.
