Description

Should I enable caching mode to normal at "Performance" tab in "Administer › Site configuration › Performance" if I already enabled Boost - Static page cache at "Boost Settings" tab? What is the difference between these two caching modes? How they interract with each other?

The cache located at
"Administer › Site configuration › Performance"
is the core page caching module. If boost can not cache a page, then the core cache will see if it can. Usually it's pointless to enable the core cache, but they do not conflict so I allow both to coexist if one desires this functionality. It's up to you, make a choice; probably doesn't matter either way.

Set to fixed if this answers your question.
