I have set under Global Meta Tags - Default Values - Robots: Noindex, Nofollow. However it is not outputted in html on pages which don't have possibility of editing meta tags like /contact, /?page=1, and similar. It is also not outputted on nodes that have under nodewords - robots: Use the default value.

For generic pages, the meta tags are set in the settings page Other pages (admin/content/nodewords/global/other).
