The directory "ctools_plugin_example/help" has a file called Chaos-Tools--CTools--Plugin-Examples.html and another Chaos-Tools--Ctools--Plugin-Examples.html. This files are duplicated and causes some problems on Windows systems (especially in SVN clients) because it's case insensitive.
