node_import / ubercart product upload has unexpected results.

i have just upgraded date (6.x.2.4), ubercart (rc7) and drupal core(6.14), and for a test run uploaded successfully a list of about 80 products. i created another csv file and populated it with the rejected products with corrected fields, but now when i upload the csv i get one product with a description field full of the other products still in csv format. note that there were no errors, and the csv has been triple checked. one row csv uploads fine. attached is the debug file.
