Issue:
1. go to admin/store/settings/checkout/edit/messages and set a "Checkout completion for new users" message to use !order_email token.
2. place a new order and checkout as anonymous user
3. the completion message displays "!order_email" instead of the email associated w/ the order

(I also tried !order-email)
