How do I show originals on my frontpage instead of thumbnails? I notice I have the option if I create another content type and used attached images but I am not able to do this with the content type "images". If there is not a way to do it, is there something i can edit to get original images showing?

Override the theme function for the teaser display in your theme.

I'm afraid I haven't the time.
This will be fairly simple to do. The D6 theme guide should start you off in the right direction.
Beyond that, try IRC or the forums.

I thought I would tell people an easier way to do it if you have "Views" you can just create a new front page and just put it in full node mode instead of teasers. This only works I suppose if you have a photo site I am guessing as the text nodes wouldn't be condensed at all..
