Separate tabs from the container

Description
This is a great module. I'd love to see the ability to separate the tabs from the content container. Say for instance if you wanted a set of tabs at the top of the web browser and a container somewhere else on the page.
I've seen this in jquery with this plugin (check the 'freedom' link)
