Looking for Managed VPS Hosting

I am currently on the lookout for a managed VPS hosting company. Does anyone have any recommendations?
I am currently on a VPS package but am not happy with the service of my webhost as everyother day they seem to have some problem or the other with their hardware nodes
The current specs for my VPS are
# Intel Dual Xeon Harpertown
# 768MB Guaranteed SLM RAM
# 60GB RAID-10 Disk Space
# 1000GB Bandwidth
# 4 Dedicated IPs
# cPanel / WHM (VPS Optimized)

I think your VPS is not cheap
I think your VPS is not cheap based on the Spec listed in above, why not go with a dedicated hosting? I am using a root server from 1&1 with a cost $99.99/month, and it works very well for my site. The only disadvantage is you have to maintain the server by yourself.
In terms of VPS, I don't think I can think about a better one (close spec and great support) than yours. I host another site in midPhase vps hosting, and it works quite well with very limited management effort, but its memory is much lower.

This would be my personal recommendation. They have done a great job for me at, what I think is a low price.
Their plans start at 9 bucks and go up.
I have 2 sites there now, http://buckeyelake.org and my test site http://www.davebeall.com .
Both sites are running over a hundred modules. The buckeyelake site has just Drupal cache and the test site has boost(helping with testing for the module, but that server doesn't need it.)
It is a small outfit, but is performing very well, the servers are hybrid, custom built. It's in Black Hills, NC with the servers located in the University server room, I believe in Ashville, NC.
