Sending Multiple nodes of varying node types

Hi,

I am trying to send multiple nodes at once that are of different node types, by going to example.com/send/1+2+3+22 (where 22 is a different node type than 1-3). When I do so I get an error stating "Unable to send this item". Is there any way to get around this issue? I like the ability to have different themes depending on the node type, but also might need to mix types. Maybe is there was a default 'mixed' theme?
