I have a view named 'meal_report'. I created the template 'views-bonus-export-csv--meal-report.tpl.php' in my current theme folder but it is not taken into consideration.
I checked in the "Information" panel from the view page and it reports that the template was discovered.

More than likely a problem with the drupal themeing system rather than views or the views bonus pack. Are you using any sub themes? Most recent version of drupal?

I'll leave this postponed until I can give more info.

I forgot to add that I was testing it with a Zen subtheme. I'll be back with more info.

It was a user problem: I was putting the templates in the wrong theme.
