Ability to define a default & automatically loaded html code for excerpt field

Hello,

It would be nice to make it possible to define a default value (html code) for the excerpt field that gets loaded automatically upon creation of new node. In my site, a have a pre-formatted table that I use as a skeleton for my teasers. I copy and paste it each time I create a new node. Great if it will be possible to have it defined in advance and to get it filled in automatically in excerpt field upon node creation.
