Tabbed view

HI All,

I want to have a tabbed view in one of the regions in the home page.When i create a view i dont see any option to select a tabbed view ( I see only table , Grid , unformatted ...).Do i need to do this using a theme ?? are there any modules to get a tabbed view.

ex: I want to show the forum topics in different view . Recent Topics , Most Commented, Most viewed.

I thought if i do this i can use the home page space in a better way . Can some one guide me as to how i need to proceed.
