Exportable Templates

I don't think there is an issue for this yet. Im really afraid that having exportable support will cause a fundmental shift in our setup. Because Triggers arn't exportable, I do not believe we can have exportable Templates. But we should look into it.

How does imagecache handle it? how does features handle imagecache.
