if I set the expiration date of over 2038, starting from 2039, it will be remembered as 1970, therefore the list expires. anyone has same problem?

Although it doesn't solve your entire problem, there's a setting available that controls the default expiration time for a wishlist, but it was missing its admin panel input field for it. The attached patch adds the setting so you can get to it.
