Trying to install the latest 6.x dev on Drupal 6.14 I get the following information on my modules site (/admin/build/modules):
Track Queue 6.x-1.x-dev This version is incompatible with the 6.14 version of Drupal core.
KML Track 6.x-1.x-dev This version is incompatible with the 6.14 version of Drupal core.
