Is 6.x-2.x in development and has a developer, because there hasn't been a new release since July.

Is there a timeline for the 6.x-2.x version?

I am asking this because I plan to switch from the Image module to ImageField and Image Browser would fill the gap that I currently have.

It's active I just don't have any time to work on it. I've had a fairly busy summer which is why I haven't updated it since July.
